"I love these blankets, I've had them since I was a child," says 22 year old Ei zar as she points out to the half a dozen blankets that are neatly stacked up in the corner of the shelter. "While the wind was blowing strong outside, I was busy wrapping them in plastic sheets. I was so upset they got wet in the rain, they are fine now," she adds and a faint smile appears on Zar's face...Refugees from the 7th ward, Hlaing Thayar township take shelter in the Swethanlwin building shopping complex which is under construction and has acted as a small refugee centre outside of capital Yangoon, Myanmar.
