  Syringes, condoms and addnok tablets are laid out for a photograph at a drop in centre of Kripa Rehabilitation Centre in Kohima in Nagaland. With few options, many Naga youth turn to drugs or alcohol. Addiction rates here are among the highest in India. So too is the rate of AIDS. Kripa Foundation runs drop-in-centres to inter-vent and prevent HIV transmission among IDU's and to empower them with the knowledge if drug hazards and sexually transmitted diseases
